A forward-looking and environmentally friendly transformation of buildings in the centre of Oslo.

Lilleakerbyen, today defined by carparks, a shopping centre and offices, will be transformed into a vibrant and green district with car-free streets. The district is located a stone's throw from Lysaker, Norway's third largest public transport hub, and will be developed with cultural functions, shops, activities and public meeting places. 

Landås L3 is a housing project in Asker that aims to offer high quality housing and attractive outdoor spaces.

In 2023, the Municipality of Stavanger purchased the plot of land between Tou and the sea. Originally, two residential buildings were planned for the site. Now, a park will be developed on this central plot instead. This will be the first park project in FutureBuilt.
