Mindemyren multipurpose building will include a school, a volunteer center, sports facilities and housing. The project is designed to facilitate shared use and will be accessible to neighbours and organizations day and night.

Lilleakerbyen, today defined by carparks, a shopping centre and offices, will be transformed into a vibrant and green district with car-free streets. The district is located a stone's throw from Lysaker, Norway's third largest public transport hub, and will be developed with cultural functions, shops, activities and public meeting places.
