Vertikal Nydalen is a mixed-use building with 16 storeys where the office part of the building has been built with purely natural ventilation. Despite this the building almost meets zero-energy level and doesn´t require externally supplied energy for ventilation, heating or cooling.

Furuset Hageby is a new housing and treatment centre for people with cognitive impairments. The project is a FutureBuilt project with very high environmental ambitions. This applies both to reductions of greenhouse gas emissions, energy efficient measures in the actual building shell, the use of renewable energy and appropriate material use.

The apartment building at Sofienberggate 7 in Oslo is refurbished. New highly-insulated facades, a new ventilation system, thermal energy wells and solar energy collection on the roof and the facades will reduce energy consumption by more than 70 percent.
