Project description

This project comprises a city block in the centre of Oslo with three properties of existing buildings. The project aims to preserve as much of the existing building stock as possible, whilst at the same time improving energy efficiency and upgrading the premises to create modern, forward-looking office and commercial facilities. This will include opening the facades on the ground floor for better connection to the local neighbourhood.  

The aim is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions related to materials, the construction process, energy use and transportation in accordance with FutureBuilt ZERO criteria. In addition, the project will focus on circular buildings and biodiversity.
